I had the best experience dealing with Zlaticia, I bought one of the beautiful capes whilst holidaying in Sydney. When I got home to NZ I discovered a hole had formed in the back so I took it to a dressmaker to fix and it was a disaster. Zlaticia came to the rescue and made me a complete new cape and sent it to me in N Z.
